diet book sales surge. People have a renewed interest in getting
in better physical shape. Believers also see it as a good time to
work on the spiritual. May I share a few habits to help?

2. A strong Christian builds his faith.
3. A strong Christian controls his thought life.
4. A strong Christian makes praising God a priority.
5. A strong Christian gets rid of baggage.
6. A strong Christian prays.
7. A strong Christian prays for himself and others.
Paul said, like a boxer or a runner I buffet my body to win
the prize. The Christian life is an adventure, a journey. Now is
the time to prepare for the running and boxing that’s just
around the corner.
